I have recently discovered a new fitness boutique in Marchmont:  www.fitnesschicks.co.uk.  It’s a women only venue (its all pink!), that runs classes and personal training at reasonable prices.  For example, two friends can attend an hour of personal training for £7.50 each.  Sarah, who set up fitness chicks, is very bubbly, down-to earth and encouraging.   I have started attending yoga and the personal training with a friend, in a bid to tone up and boost our mood and energy levels.
